🔹 Returns Policy

Due to the fragile and handcrafted nature of terracotta jewellery, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. Note that products of our shop are handcrafted their uniqueness is what makes these pieces beautiful! So please allow for slight variations from the posted photos/ videos.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with videos/photos of the product and packaging.

Note: Please make a video while opening a package of product, because we want to know that the product in which condition.

🔹 Cancellation Policy 

You can cancel your order before the product is dispatched- by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. Please send an email to aabharana91@gmail.com  with the order details and reason for cancellation. Once the product is dispatched or shipped, cannot be cancelled. In case of any discrepancy we can cancel any of the orders. Some few reasons for cancellation from our end usually- limitation of the product stock,error in product pricing/information.

🔹 Refunds Policy 

If your cancellation is accepted or if a previously damaged/wrong product is returned, we will initiate a refund the amount through the same mode of payment method.

Note: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank payment provider.
